License Terms

Dollar Beats Club (Dante Media, LLC) grants non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licenses to use our beats under the terms below.

All rights to the original compositions and master recordings remain with Dollar Beats Club.

Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or claiming ownership of the underlying composition or master is strictly prohibited.

🎧 Creator License

For creators, influencers, editors, and content brands.

Allowed

  • Use in social media content: TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Shorts, Reels, etc.
  • Use in online videos, podcasts, tutorials, livestreams, gaming content, and personal projects.
  • Monetized content (AdSense, TikTok Creativity Program, etc.).
  • Use in online ads or boosted posts with small budgets (< $5,000 total ad spend).
  • Use either MP3 or WAV format (if available).

Not Allowed

  • Recording vocals or instruments to create a song intended for streaming distribution.
  • Uploading the beat alone (or minimal edits) to Spotify, Apple Music, or other DSPs.
  • Use in film, TV, radio, broadcast, or major brand advertising.
  • Using the beat to train AI models or create derivative instrumentals.
  • Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the beat files.

🎤 Artist License

For artists releasing original songs.

Allowed

  • Record vocals or instruments to create a new original track.
  • Release songs on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, etc.).
  • Release official music videos, lyric videos, and visualizers.
  • Promote the song on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Use MP3 or WAV format (if available).

Required Attribution (Artist License only)

When promoting your song on social media (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.), you must include:

"Beat produced by Dollar Beats Club."

When uploading a music video or visualizer to YouTube, include in the description:

"Beat licensed from Dollar Beats Club — https://dollarbeatsclub.com"

Optional Attribution (DSPs)

Attribution on streaming platforms is appreciated but optional.

You must not credit Dollar Beats Club in:

  • Artist name
  • Song title
  • Writer/composer fields
  • Publisher fields

Credit must not affect Content ID, ISRC, or distribution metadata.

Not Allowed

  • Uploading the beat as an instrumental-only track to DSPs.
  • Registering Content ID, issuing takedowns, or claiming ownership of the beat.
  • Using the beat to train or generate AI music.
  • Reselling, sharing, or uploading the beat to other beat marketplaces or sample libraries.

📝 General Terms

  • Licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable.
  • Ownership of the composition and master recording always remains with Dollar Beats Club.
  • Each license covers one end project (one song, one video, one promo, etc.).
  • Extended or enterprise sync uses (film, TV, radio, broadcast, major brands) require a customized agreement.
  • All licenses are provided "as-is" without warranty.
  • Dollar Beats Club is not liable for third-party claims resulting from customer misuse or distribution.
  • Beats remain available for other customers to license at any time; no license grants exclusivity unless explicitly negotiated.
