Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 21, 2025

1. Use of the Service

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Create an account to purchase or download beats
• Provide accurate information
• Not misuse, disrupt, or damage the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.

2. Purchases, Credits & Billing

• Purchases are processed through Stripe or app store billing.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Credits have no cash value and are used solely within the platform.
• License purchases are final.

3. Beat Licensing

Your use of beats is governed by the Dollar Beats Club License Terms, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute beats
• Claim ownership of the underlying beat
• Upload beats as-is to streaming platforms
• Use beats outside your purchased license scope

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

4. Ownership

All beats, compositions, recordings, images, videos, logos, branding, and digital assets remain property of Dollar Beats Club / Dante Media, LLC.

Purchasing a license does not grant ownership.

5. User Content

If you upload or share content (reviews, remixes, videos), you grant us a non-exclusive right to:

• Display
• Promote
• Feature
• Share your content (for example: showcasing user videos using our beats)

You retain ownership of your own creations.

6. Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to steal beats
• Re-upload beats to other beat platforms
• Train AI models using our beats
• Circumvent payment systems or licensing
• Use the platform for illegal purposes

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse licenses
• Engage in fraud or abuse

If terminated, no refunds are issued.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free service
• Beat exclusivity
• Future availability of a specific beat

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
• Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dante Media, LLC harmless from:

• Claims arising from misuse of beats
• Copyright violations
• Unauthorized distribution
• Use outside license terms

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules.
